Our Veterinarians

Dr. Crystal Cain

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Cain was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She received her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University with a major in animal science and minor in nutrition. She then continued at NC State to complete a master’s degree in Animal Science. She obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Cain’s professional interests include exotic animal medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and nutrition. She is also a fear-free certified professional. Dr. Cain has two dogs (Furby and Theodore), a rabbit (Reeses), a turtle (Franklynn), and a hedgehog (Creed). In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, traveling, playing video games, and spending time outdoors.
