Our dedicated team of licensed technicians and veterinarians are ready to serve your pet’s special needs in critical times. In addition to qualified care professionals, our hospital utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and has the laboratory capabilities to complete on-site testing. Think of Us as an Extension of Your Family Veterinarian
We are here to meet the needs of your pet and your primary care veterinarian; we are available to continue medical care your veterinarian started or to start care when he or she is unavailable. Your primary care veterinarian may ask us to monitor your pet overnight or through a weekend.
Our Veterinarians
Dr. Sarah Moskop
Veterinary Medical Director
Dr. Sarah Moskop is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Having a great interest in animals since childhood, Dr. Moskop spent most of her time volunteering at animal shelters and working her way up to being a veterinary technician at an emergency clinic in Peoria, Illinois, was she born and raised. She has been practicing emergency medicine for the past 5 years and has special interests in soft tissue surgery, toxicology, and pain management. Dr. Moskop has an 8-year-old doberman pinscher named Rudy, 5 cats- Marshall, Henry, Rocky, Iris, and Nuggie; and a cockatiel named Cheeto Bandito. During her spare time, Dr. Moskop enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and enjoying the outdoors.
Dr. Kenneth Hiscocks
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Kenneth Hiscocks, Jr. is a graduate of Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, the pride of the swift growing south. Dr. Hiscocks was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV., developing a respect and passion for veterinary medicine at a young age working as a kennel attendant then as a veterinary assistant before attending veterinary school. Dr. Hiscocks has worked in general practice, veterinary emergency, and veterinary ophthalmology as a Veterinary Technician in Training (VTIT). His interests in the field include emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, and pain management. Dr. Hiscocks has a 6-year-old Pitbull named Bane and co-owns a 4 year old cat named Bayou with his godson. During his spare time, Dr. Hiscocks enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and continually expanding his interests.
